A water heater going out is an expense nobody budgeted for, which is exactly the moment people get talked into more than they need. We price the repair alongside the replacement so you can see both, and we tell you which one we would do in your house.

Endless hot water sounds great right up until somebody quotes the gas and venting work to get there. We’ll tell you straight whether your house will take it without major surgery, and if a bigger tank is the better answer for you, we’ll say so.

A dripping shower is the kind of thing you live with for months and then suddenly can’t stop hearing at eleven at night. It’s usually a cartridge, not a wall full of pipe, and we’ll show you the part before we replace it.

The $80 service call is waived when you approve the work and we start the same day. Bigger jobs like new construction get scoped from a walkthrough instead, and priced the same way: before we start.
