Privacy Policy

Ramon Service Company is a plumbing company serving Bryan & College Station. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or read this site, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

We do not sell your information, and we never have. We are a small family plumbing company. The only reason we hold your details is to do the work you called about.

What you give us directly

When you call, text, or fill in the contact form, we collect what you choose to tell us — typically your name, your phone number, the address where the work is needed, and a description of the problem. We use it to get back to you, to turn up at the right house, and to keep a record of what was done.

The contact form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. A submission is stored on Netlify's servers and forwarded to us by email. Netlify also records the submitting IP address as a spam control. Their handling is covered by the Netlify privacy policy.

Please do not send anything sensitive through the form — payment card numbers, government ID, or medical details. We never ask for any of it, and we have no reason to hold it.

Calls to the number on this site

If you reached us from this website, the phone number you see may be a tracking number operated by Convirza. It rings straight through to us — it is our phone that rings, not a call centre — but it lets us see which pages and searches produce calls, so we know what is worth keeping on the site.

We record the calling number, the date and time, and how long the call lasted. The audio of the call is not recorded.

Who else sees your information

Only the companies that make the site work — the ones named above, plus our accounting software for invoicing. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to marketing lists. We would share it if the law required us to, and that is the only exception.

How long we keep it

Job records and invoices are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and accounting purposes. Form submissions and call records are kept while they are useful and cleared out periodically after that. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or use the contact form and say what you want done. There is no charge and no process to go through — you are asking a plumber, not a data department.

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. A business our size falls below the thresholds where that law applies, but we will honor those requests anyway.

Children

This site is for people hiring a plumber. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this page

If we start using a new tool that collects something, this page gets updated and the date at the top changes with it.
