Ramon Service Company is a family-owned, Aggie-owned plumbing company serving Bryan & College Station. It was founded in 2022 by Rey, a Responsible Master Plumber with over 10 years in the trade.
Over ten years in the trade before the company existed
Rey worked as a plumber for over 10 years before founding the company — commercial work, and then a locally owned plumbing company here in the Brazos Valley. Commercial teaches you code and volume. A local shop teaches you what it costs a household when the hot water goes out on a Tuesday.
Ramon Service Company was formed in 2022. That is the number on the paperwork, and it is the one that shows up on the Google listing. It is not the number that matters when someone is under your sink.
Why he started his own company
Two reasons, and he gives them plainly: a schedule he controls, and the room to do the work to his own standard rather than somebody else's.
The practical result is the thing this whole site keeps promising. There is no call center, no dispatch queue, and nobody who has to check with a manager about what a job costs. Work gets priced after somebody has actually looked at it, so the number you are given is not a guess made over the phone by a person who has never seen your house.
What we would want you to know before you let us in
Letting a stranger into your house is the actual decision here, not the plumbing. Three things that are true before we knock.
Licensed and insured
Rey holds Responsible Master Plumber license 46317 — it is his, not a credential the company borrows from somebody else. Check it against the state register before you call, not after.
Shoe covers, without being asked
They go on at the door whether or not you think to ask, and the work area gets cleaned up before we leave. It is a small thing, and it is usually a fair guide to how the rest of the job will go.
We work in your house like it is a house
The point of the job is that you get your house back — the hot shower, the sink that drains, the toilet that stops running at 2 a.m. We are not there to sell you anything else.
If something is not right afterward
Call us and we will come back and look at it, and there is no $80 service call when it is work we did. There is no warranty certificate to read — what is fair depends on what failed and why — but we will listen, look at what is actually happening, and work with you toward a fair fix.
We are family owned and Aggie owned, and in a town this size our reputation is the business. That is not a slogan, it is arithmetic. A family business in Bryan & College Station cannot outrun a bad job.
